I absolutely loved the 8 course degustation dinner. The chef's creativity and breadth truly shone through. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the integration of home grown products into the menu was impressive. Additionally, the staff's enthusiasm for the hotel's product was evident during the garden and wine cellar tours. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Southern Grampians, and the cottage at Mt Sturgeon Homestead provided stunning views and was well-equipped.

The location is great for exploring the nearby Grampians, and the town has a charming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and quality linens. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offerings are exceptional, with fresh eggs and delicious bacon. Additionally, the cottages at the base of Mt Sturgeon offer a cozy and picturesque setting.

The casual restaurant experience at Parker St Project was a disappointment.
